Our theme this month will be on confidence with award winning life coach, Charlotta Hughes.
Confident people tend to be more optimistically minded, which results in them not only making the most of opportunities but also in them expecting a positive outcome, which increases the likelihood of that outcome materialising. And, importantly, their confidence allows them to enjoy the process more. So a real three-way win – with confidence you take more chances, enjoy taking them and enjoy more frequent success!
What’s more, success is less related to intelligence than it is to levels of confidence. So if you’re holding yourself back in any way, based on a perception of your own shortcomings, each of those shortcomings is likely to be less relevant than your level of confidence.
Former Life Coach of the Year Charlotta Hughes has been specialising in Confidence Coaching for over 10 years and in this time, she’s repeatedly seen the magic that follows once clients’ confidence is realised.
That’s why she’s now packaged all the ways she’s seen clients struggle and set themselves up to fail in various ways along with the insights, tips, techniques and wisdom that has allowed them all to flourish and grow with levels of confidence most of them never thought possible in her first book What’s Your Excuse for Not Being More Confident.
